This Cava has been aged for over twelve months in the cellar which gives it such a rich and deep flavour. This Cava has been bottle fermented and the end result is a wonderful clean, fresh and elegant finish. There are hints of ripe red fruits. A real standout Cava that is wonderfully versatile and fantastic value. A truly lovely Rose Cava.
